We are looking for a Senior Brand Strategist with the knowledge to provide general and in-depth marketing expertise, brand analysis, and solutions to companies and help them successfully attain their business goals and objectives
Responsibilities and Duties
- Research - Understanding existing strategies, business objectives, research for competition understanding, market research to understand consumer behaviour
- Developing brand-centric business solutions and strategies for existing and future clients
- Articulating content and brand strategy documentation
- Preparing presentations and collaborating with the design team
- Business Development - pursue incoming leads to develop proposals and presentations for potential clients
- Client Communication - serving as a single point of contact for the client, leading the project and liasoning between client and internal team
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- 4+ years of work experience as a Brand Strategist or similar role in Marketing
- Portfolio of brand-building projects is a plus
- Data-driven thinking
- Proficient communication and writing skills
- BSc/MSc in Marketing, MBA, or a relevant field is a plus
We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer with the knowledge to interpret our clients’ needs and to provide brand solutions with high visual and strategic impact. He/She will work on a variety of projects including brand identity, publications, product packaging, and print design while collaborating with the strategy and design teams.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Understanding the business case and/or client brief through research into the client and subject; understanding the client’s objectives and having an overview of the commercial content
- Contributing to the brand strategies developed for client projects including ideas that demonstrate insight and innovation; solutions that engage audiences; and expressions of thinking in words or images
- Implementing the creative execution during the design stages of projects
- Collaborating with the strategy and other teams, including copywriters, photographers, illustrators, and animators to make all projects a creative and commercial success
- Being capable of taking responsibility for owning, shaping, developing, and delivering creative projects
- Contributing to successful new business efforts, as well as pitches
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Advanced knowledge in Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
- Design education background
- 4+ year’s experience
